As an astute entrepreneur, Fred's ventures extend beyond property development. He owns two esteemed Hungry's restaurants, the iconic Baba Yega, as well as the trendy Upstairs Bar and NextDoor Bar and Lounge. His versatile business portfolio underscores his dynamic leadership and deep understanding of market trends.
Fred is a proud alumnus of The University of Texas in Austin School of Engineering, where he earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. His extensive academic background, coupled with his real-world experience, contribute significantly to his strategic guidance and innovative vision at SFT Investments. Amir Sabzevari
Amir Sabzevari, an integral part of SFT Investments since 2018, brings an extensive background in M&A, business and tax planning, as well as U.S. and international transactional matters to the team. His previous decade of counseling clients has equipped him with a deep understanding of strategic business operations including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, and tax-free reorganizations.
His expertise extends to adeptly handling corporate spin-offs, split-offs, and split-ups, as well as providing insights on family business planning and partnership transactions. His proficiency in negotiating and managing transactions, along with his experience in advising on IRS disputes, are invaluable assets to SFT Investments.
Amir holds a degree in Economics from Georgetown University, adding a layer of financial acumen to his skillset. Further enhancing his impressive credentials, Amir has also earned his JD and LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
